With a range of wire sizes from .020″ to .236″ and expertise in extension springs with all types of ends, hooked, looped, or special shapes, Taylor Spring Manufacturing Company can meet your specifications with a high degree of flexibility.

Our comprehensive production department includes numerous state-of-the-art CNC spring production machines and various secondary equipment to shape the finished product when necessary. In the production of all spring types, we have positioned electric conveyor ovens at each production machine so that springs are stress-relieved only seconds after producing. This method allows for almost instant and precise process control and offers excellent product uniformity.

While we have a secondary department available to finish forming parts that cannot be made complete on the CNC machines, we have made a large investment in state of the art machines that allow us to do more intricate forming operations complete on the machine to save you money.
